Bob Blaisdell

Bob Blaisdell is the founder and CEO of Property Investment Professionals, a Minnesota-based real estate investment, management, and maintenance company.

With a background in Business Administration and Information Systems, Bob began his career in technology sales and leadership, building experience in strategy, operations, and performance-driven growth. While advancing his career, he also began acquiring residential rental properties and applying a disciplined long-term ownership approach.

Since 2007, Bob has acquired more than 25 properties. His hands-on experience includes acquisitions, property management, renovations, capital partnerships, and portfolio growth.

Today, he leads an integrated operation that includes investment opportunities, in-house property management, maintenance, and remodeling services, with a focus on responsible growth, operational excellence, and long-term value.

Whether working with investors, property owners, or strategic partners, Bob brings practical experience, disciplined execution, and a long-term perspective to each opportunity.
